Policies are VOKRA’s overarching governance documents. They establish the principles, rules, and expectations that guide the organization and require approval by the Board.
Procedures, protocols, and guidelines set out the concrete steps and practices used to ensure compliance with VOKRA policies. These documents are typically developed by team leads and approved by the General Manager (GM).
